Walton Lane - A Safe Place
As a parent or carer you want to know that your child is safe when they are at nursery or school. At Walton Lane Nursery School and Rocking Horse Club we want exactly the same. We have a set of policies and procedures to keep everyone safe and these are regularly reviewed to ensure continual improvement.

Please help us to keep the children safe at Walton Lane Nursery School and Rocking Horse Club
Parents, carers and families can help us to keep children safe in a number of ways
- Mobile phones and other devices with cameras cannot be used on our site.
- Make sure to close doors after yourself as children can get out quite quickly.
- If your child brings a bag to nursery then make sure that everything inside of it is safe to be around 0-5 year olds.
- Drive slowly, safely and considerately on the car park – young children are not aware of the dangers of car parks.
- Keep us up to date with new telephone numbers so we can contact you quickly if needed e.g. if your child becomes ill whilst at nursery.
